Chicago Public Schools Managing Environmental Consultant

SPC has been serving as Managing Environment Consultant for regions 1, 2 & 6 of the CPS system, which is comprised of approximately 600+ school facilities in the CPS system since 1997. The scope of work includes assessment of hazardous building material (asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, PBCs, mercury, stored chemicals), development of the remediation design documents and cost estimates, providing remediation oversight and clearance testing, and development of final project report. SPC recommends ways to streamline activities and minimize costs without compromising the work quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
