SPC provided safety management services including a review of the contractor’s safety plan, and subsequent oversight of the site safety plan for the duration of multiple rail improvements and renovations. SPC’s safety managers completed periodic reports to document observed safety conditions and suggested safety improvements. Example projects included CTA Lake Line, Harrison Steel Redline Station, Ravenswood Loop Track Renewal, CTA JOC 10, and Adjacent Construction.
