SPC deliveredthe project in a Designer Led Design Build fashion, partnering with Nacional Construction to manage and deliver interior demolition services, includingpreparation of permit documents, permit procurement, and execution ofdemolition activities. Work was completed across the second, third, and fourthfloors, each presenting unique challenges related to mechanical, electrical,plumbing, and fire suppression systems. This included addressing sprinklersystems, overhead electrical wiring and disconnects, and implementing an efficient debris removal process.
SPC provided on-site oversight through our Project Manager, who managed daily demolition activities and supported cleanout operations across more than 20 locations, ensuring work was completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements
