Replace existing storefront and curtainwall system for a 2-story brick and EIFS building. The work also includesinspecting and repairing interior finishes in the area of exterior openings.
Scope of Work
SPC conducted document review, fieldinvestigation, opening at windows head, sill and jamb, and assessment ofexisting building and code review.
SPC also provided the following:
• Review ofavailable design documents and reports.
• Adjustingscope based on updated cost estimate
• PrepareSchematic Design, Design Development, Construction and Bid Documents andSpecifications for project.
• PrepareProbable Cost of Construction for each phase and final detailed cost estimate.
• Bid evaluationand recommendation.
