Grand Opening of Ability Park

SPC was honored to attend the Town of Cicero’s ribbon cutting ceremony for the Phil Fuentes Ability Park, a space dedicated to inclusivity, accessibility, and community connection.

We truly enjoyed hearing from the event’s speakers — Larry Dominick, Phil Fuentes, Blanca Vargas, Craig Pesek, and Ismael Vargas — whose words reflected the passion and collaboration that brought this meaningful project to life.

We are grateful to be a part of a project that helps bring communities together into open green spaces where everyone can be included. This park represents an incredible step forward in creating environments where all individuals can play, connect, and thrive—values that align closely with SPC’s mission to improve our communities through thoughtful design and sustainable development.
